2023 – Alcaçuz

Nature constantly sends us messages, let us know how to receive them.
Contextura’s Slow Fashion fashion presents itself as a lifestyle in harmony with Mother Nature, as the personification of the Earth and its forces, which give us
they invigorate the body, mind and soul through cycles of growth and evolution on a subtle, spiritual and emotional level.
The 2023 collection features Licorice as the protagonist. You may not know that this herbaceous shrub is known as one of the oldest medicinal plants in the world and has been appreciated for thousands of years due to its sweet flavor. Its properties were used by Buddhist monks and Greek philosophers, war heroes and, more recently,
medical experts.
From its roots used in medicine and confectionery, to the black licorice candy we know today, we reference Licorice now also in fashion to make this story even more fascinating.
In addition to the sweet flavor, what inspired us was the color, this almost black, or a naturally expressive black. We noticed that it perfectly replaces the synthetic black normally used in
clothes. A new dark neutral that guarantees versatility, as it matches all colors, adds even more value to pieces made with high-tech sustainable textile fabric, Amni Soul, biodegradable polyamide, with international Oeko Tex certification, CO2 and UV/ UPF 50+. In other words, Nature and technology are increasingly combined in
environmental preservation and people’s well-being.
The color palette has off-white as its focal point, a classic that appeals to everyone.
Authorial prints feature colors in medium and warm tones of natural and urban landscapes. The tonal scale closes with Licorice as the dark tone.
The set of kimono, dresses, vests, pants, skirts and blouses developed through original design proposes comfortable and elegant dressing for various occasions in contemporary life.
The highlight goes to modeling with a zero waste strategy applied mainly to the Wear Plane _ line, a line of accessories based on
unfolding of wearable plans in space, made with digital technology.
From the handcrafted line, the collection offers scarves, ruanas and capes that add a warmer or more festive touch depending on the exclusively applied surface treatment.
Magic is the art of promoting change in ourselves. Sharing spaces, plants and flavors, come and participate with us in this meeting of experiences with well-being, sustainability and conscious consumption.
To enrich our experience we will have the sensitivity and gastronomic art of Ana Vogt interpreting this proposed ode to Nature and ancestral wisdom.
